Beelivery is committed to keeping client data confidential. We collect only the contact details, case identifiers, and retrieval preferences you enter so our intake team can scope and fulfill your records requests. No information is ever sold or monetized.
Where the data lives
Every submission travels over HTTPS to Formspree and is emailed directly to intake@beelivery.net. We replicate key details to encrypted internal systems used by our case managers. We segregate jobs by client, so only assigned staff can view the payload.
Retention, deletion and rights
Data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 2 years for audits. You can request a full deletion by emailing intake@beelivery.net. We will honor verified requests to export or erase your personal data within 30 days.

We use standard analytics cookies for uptime monitoring and performance (no ads). You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser—our forms continue to work without them.
