Refund Policy

Flexible refund decisions tailored to the complexity of record retrieval projects.

Refund eligibility

Standard fees are refundable when cancellation occurs before we initiate any third-party requests (couriers, courts, or custodians). Once an order is submitted to a vendor or payment is issued to a provider, the associated cost is generally non-refundable.

Partial refunds and adjustments

If work has commenced (e.g., records were ordered or reviewed), we prorate the refund to the services remaining. Rush augmentations, filing fees, or expedited delivery charges are only refundable when the underlying service is canceled before dispatch.

How to request

Send an email to intake@beelivery.net with your order code and reason for refund. We will respond within one business day with the next steps, including any supporting documentation required.

Dispute resolution

Unresolved issues are escalated to our operations director. We aim for negotiation first, but the final decision rests with Beelivery management under the agreement terms.
