1. Acceptance & enrollment
By submitting a contact request, you authorize Beelivery to act on your behalf in the retrieval of clinical or legal documents. Each intake is governed by these terms until a final invoice is paid.
2. Client commitments
You confirm that you have authority to request the records, will furnish any required releases, and will notify us promptly of any case changes. Failure to respond to follow-up questions may delay service.
3. Payment & billing
Payments are due per the pricing tier accepted during the intake call. Rush or certified delivery fees incur immediately upon procurement. We will confirm the total before placement whenever possible.
4. Disclaimers & limitations
Beelivery facilitates third-party interactions but does not control court/clinic response times. We are not liable for delays or missing documents outside our control. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specified service.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes first go through mediation; unresolved matters may proceed to arbitration.
